No Credit Check
Your potential is more important to us. We believe everyone deserves a chance to own real estate, regardless of credit history. Our focus is on your future, not your past. Your hard work and dedication is what counts.
How The Process Works
1
Join Waitlist
In the realm of affordable housing, there is a shortage due to high demand exceeding the available supply. Homes often sell within hours once available, emphasizing the importance of promptly enrolling in the waitlist. The waitlist is a vital component of this program, facilitating easier access to homeownership. Take the opportunity to register on the waitlist today to enhance your prospects of obtaining a home in your desired location sooner rather than later.
2
Down Payment
Once you're on the waitlist, start saving for your down payment. Down payments usually vary from $3000 to $5000, depending on the home's selling price. Once you're ready to submit the down payment to the Real Estate Attorney and possibly conduct a home inspection, the closing date will be arranged at the Real Estate Attorney's office. By avoiding a 6% Realtor fee, you can focus on saving and directing all your resources towards the purchase. The purchase transaction is professionally handled through an Attorney.
3
Gather Documents
Collect your proof of Government Employment (suggested: 1 year's worth of paycheck stubs). For added assurance, consider including proof of your rental payment history to strengthen approval. Then, await the call from our representative who will start sending listings in your preferred area, allowing you to select the home that best suits your family. Provide your documents and down payment to the Attorney, attend your closing appointment, and walk away with the keys to your new home.
